Fix workflow write permissions

[opencode-agent]

The fix is straightforward - the workflow needed write permissions instead of read for:

• contents: write - Required to push commits to branches
• pull-requests: write - Required to create and update pull requests
• issues: write - Required to comment on issues

The id-token: write was already correctly set (needed for OIDC authentication).

After this change is merged, the opencode-agent bot will have the necessary permissions to push code and create PRs.
