• Documentation (Guides) improvements before release

  General for all issues in this Milestone - All sample apps should have a git repo and the visitor/customer should just do a git clone and then we explain what is in the files. The visitor/customer should not need to create their own files. - All external links should open in a new tab. Internal links in same tab. - All guides should have a "Feedback" section in the end. (see Heroku for inspiration). Should read something like..."Should you find anything wrong or outdated in this guide, please don't hesitate to let us know (mailto:support@cloudcontrol.com in "let us know") or why not fork our documentation repo (link to doc. repo) and send us a pull request.
