Description

Posts the Expo e2e tests that only passed on a retry to #team-mobile-alerts after each run on the Version packages pull request. Each Device tests job keeps a small record of its flaky tests, and a new job combines both platforms into one message with each test's platforms and the error from its first failed attempt. Nothing is posted when a run had no flaky tests. It uses the existing SLACK_MOBILE_TEAM_ALERTS_WEBHOOK_URL secret.

📝 Walkthrough

The changes add scripts to extract flaky tests from E2E reports, normalize and group errors, and generate Slack payloads. The E2E workflow stores report data in platform-specific artifacts retained for one day and posts nonempty payloads for eligible release-branch runs. CI now runs the new tests, and the workflow description is updated.

🟡 Minor · Include timed-out attempts when selecting the first failure error. · verify-flaky.mjs:14

scripts/verify-flaky.mjs:14
🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Include timed-out attempts when selecting the first failure error.

The first-attempt lookup at scripts/verify-flaky.mjs:14 matches only failed. The pinned reporter also treats timed-out as a failed attempt that can later become flaky. For a flaky test whose first attempt timed out, the lookup finds no match. The Slack payload then gets an empty error string. Matching both statuses selects the first failed or timed-out attempt. Ordinary failed attempts keep the same result, because the first failed attempt is still selected when no timed-out attempt comes first.

Suggested fix
-      error: result.attempts.find(attempt => attempt.status === 'failed')?.error?.message ?? '',
+      error: result.attempts.find(attempt => ['failed', 'timed-out'].includes(attempt.status))?.error?.message ?? '',

Review comment at @scripts/verify-flaky.mjs at line 14:
Update the `result.attempts.find` lookup used to populate `error` so it selects
the first attempt with status `failed` or `timed-out`. Preserve the existing
error-message fallback and ensure the first matching attempt determines the
Slack payload error.
