Description

Two reverification polish fixes to match the designs.

OTP resend: "Didn’t receive a code?" is now plain text in Field.Description, and only "Resend" is the link button. Before, the whole sentence was the button and it sat centered under the code input. The copy is split into resendText and resendButton for the email, phone, and phone MFA messages, and the countdown reads "Resend (13)".
Method picker Back button: Back now sits inside Item.Group, so it uses the group's space['2'] gap instead of the card content's larger space['4'] gap. It drops fullWidth because the group already stretches it.

The isolated OTP story in swingset is updated for the new resend.text prop.
