🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Use a separate dark-mode base for negative alpha tokens.
--cl-color-negative is now one red oklch value, and all three --cl-color-negative-alpha-* tokens derive from it. Therefore, the alpha tokens remain translucent red in dark mode. The PR objective requires dark negative-alpha highlights to use the near-white #fafafb base while solid error colors remain red. This affects the existing invalidFocusShadow consumer in packages/mosaic/src/styles/input.styles.ts.
Define the alpha tokens with independent light and dark bases. Keep --cl-color-negative red for solid error borders and text. Update the changeset description to match the corrected behavior.

Description
Align Mosaic's light and dark colors with the corrected Figma palette. Update light secondary text, brand colors, status backgrounds and borders, and dark input and subtle backgrounds.
Dark secondary text uses
neutral/400(#a3a3a3), as confirmed by Steve. Light secondary text uses#737373.Use
#ee3a3afor error red in both modes. Invalid input focus rings, destructive menu highlights, error toast icons, and invalid tags derive their translucent highlights from that red. The 8% and 12% values match Figma; the existing 6% token uses the same base because Figma has no 6% entry. The screenshots compare the PR's base colors with the corrected colors in both modes. They use actual Swingset component markup and the built Mosaic stylesheet. The dark invalid input is focused. Review Input, Menu, TagInput, Badge, and Banner in both modes to see the changes.
