Keep sign-out cleanup active after the section unmounts.
If the active-devices section unmounts before sign-out, useClearQueriesOnSignOut no longer observes the transition. The inactive mosaic-user-sessions query can then retain device and IP-address data until TanStack Query's default five-minute garbage-collection period expires. Move this cleanup to an always-mounted authentication boundary, or add equivalent global cleanup for this key.

@alexcarpenter I think this is valid, but it's also the pattern we already have in shared so it's something we need to rethink outside of this PR. I think this is definitely worth a comment in the code though.

I like it! A few of the comments might be worth tackling before merge, but I defer to your judgement. 😄

I think we should handle errors as well? I guess the old version didn't either so this is still strictly an improvement, but might be nice to tackle here so we don't forget? Feel free to defer though.

The query can never fail today: SessionWithActivities.retrieve() ends in .catch(() => []), so a failed request shows up as an empty list. A real error state would need a clerk-js change, so I will defer it to a follow-up.

I totally missed that, at least it wont stay as pending then which is good. :) Might be worth a comment for the next reader.
Maybe in the future we should make this a real error, but not necessary to tackle now even as a follow-up, my pet peeve is with unhandled errors, not poorly handled ones. 😅

🤖 had this to say which was interesting:
User.getSessions() keeps its own cachedSessionsWithActivities on the user instance and never clears it, so a refetch only gets fresh data if the User has been rebuilt since (which happens when the session resource updates). Legacy useFetch has the same behaviour, so this isn't a regression. I just think the stale time promises a bit more than it delivers. 🤔
So this is two caches/staleness rules on top of each other. I think we just keep it like this to match the legacy behavior though, but might be a worth a comment?

undefined means "loading/transitive state" and null means "signed out".
Since we default undefined->null, we later in this file do things like clear the cache during the transitive state, which I'm not sure is intentional?

Good catch, dropped the ?? null so the key uses user?.id / session?.id directly, the same as useCreditBalance and useSubscription.

Note that this also means it gets 3 retries by default, which I think is a good thing.

Description
Legacy UI fetches active devices with its own
useFetchhook, which keeps a module-level cache. Rather than copy that into Mosaic, this moves Mosaic's active devices section ontouseClerkQuery.@clerk/shared/reactexports__internal_useClerkQuery,__internal_createCacheKeysand__internal_useClearQueriesOnSignOut.createCacheKeysaccepts the existing stable keys or a`mosaic-${string}`key, so Mosaic can define its own keys without loosening the type for shared's keys.src/queries/folder for query hooks.use-user-sessions-query.tsis the first one: keyed on user and session, cleared on sign out, and stale after 2 minutes (the legacyuseFetchdefault).useState/useEffectfetch and identity guard are gone.@clerk/shared, so these queries share the one Clerk query client.queries/imports out of views and controllers, matching the existing rule for Clerk hooks.Checklist
