Summary
Updates JWKS cache handling to account for verification configuration and adds regression coverage for repeated lookups and cache bypass.
Changes in this repo
Updates cache lookup and storage, makes cache bypass skip both reads and writes, and adds local fixture tests. The helper suite passes. Two existing API-version header tests fail in the full suite; the same failures were confirmed with the original helper.
