Clarvia GitHub defaults

This is the shared home for how we work together across all Clarvia repositories. It holds the contribution guidelines, code of conduct, governance, and security policies that apply to every Clarvia project.


This repository contains default community health files and templates for the Clarvia GitHub organization. These files help standardize contribution, review, governance, support, and security practices across Clarvia's public repositories.


Purpose

Clarvia builds open workflow infrastructure for verified, source-backed bereavement administration across Europe.

The default files in this repository support:

  • source-backed contributions,
  • clear review expectations,
  • respectful collaboration,
  • security reporting,
  • workflow correction processes,
  • and consistent project governance.

Default files

This repository may provide organization-wide defaults for:

  • CONTRIBUTING.md
  • CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
  • GOVERNANCE.md
  • SECURITY.md
  • SUPPORT.md
  • FUNDING.yml
  • issue templates
  • pull request templates

Individual repositories may override these defaults when repository-specific guidance is needed.

workflow-data Legacy checklist data — source-backed bereavement workflows and migration source
workflow-web Consumer web layer for publishing checklists and workflow views

Sensitive information

Do not submit sensitive personal information through public GitHub issues, pull requests, discussions, or comments.

This includes:

  • identity documents,
  • death certificates,
  • family details,
  • addresses,
  • medical information,
  • financial information,
  • private correspondence,
  • or personal bereavement case details.

Clarvia provides administrative guidance based on official sources.

It does not provide individualized legal advice.

  • content, documentation, and graph data are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0);
  • code and tooling in clarvia-graph are licensed under European Union Public Licence 1.2 (EUPL-1.2);
  • code and tooling in other repositories are licensed under Apache License 2.0.

Individual repositories may include more specific licensing information.
