As discussed in the commit comments, a small bug was corrected in main.c for the situation when the code is configured with the "--with-xmlrpc" flag. Also, a deprecated pre-processor symbol was updated in telstat.c. Finally updates were made to the Subaru and Palomar All Sky camera information. Successfully built and run in Ubuntu 22.04.
