HDMI on WH works on warm reboot/wake but fails on cold boot. #20

On devices with vendor u-boot, the HDMI output only works after a reboot or suspend/wake event, not from cold boot (as seen using UART to track the OS). I'm not sure if this is still an issue with upstream u-boot?
