The dwc2 ports on Odroid C2/C1 require a patch to hack initialisation else USB devices only work after hot-plugging (not after a cold boot). Conversation was started by Martin B on linux-amlogic list with Alan Stearn and Minhas (Synopsis) but this has gone cold despite several attempts to resucitate the thread:
