Adds firebase dependency to package files, includes a firebase.js with environment variables, adds challenge route for testing data retrieval

📝 What I Did:

• Installed Firebase dependency & set up project & database in Firebase console
• Created a .env file to hold the firebaseConfig values, and imported variables to firebase.js
• Added .env to .gitignore
• Added challenges.jsx page and updated route in main.jsx and navbar
• Added 3 tests for adding documents, updating documents, and retrieving data on the challenges page

🧪 How to Test:

1. Accept invite to Firebase project
2. Open Netlify PR preview, login, and go to /challenges page
3. Open the console
4. Open Firestore database in split screen to view the changes
5. If there is data, delete the test collection and all its data before proceeding
6. Click button 1 and refresh the Firestore page to verify the collection is in the database
7. Click button 2 and verify that another field was added to the team document
8. Click button 3 and verify that the data was retrieved and displayed on the challenges.jsx page
9. Delete the test collection in the Firestore database

Note: after merge, team needs to create a .env file into their local environment in the root folder (see Slack).

Learned more about the benefits of having environment variables for firebase config to organize information. Practiced how to properly retrieve data with useStates.
