This change enables delivering a releasable unsigned APK directly from the repository. It also restores the missing Gradle wrapper binary dependency so
./gradlewcan execute reliably for release builds.Release artifact delivery
artifacts/app-release-unsigned.apkso the built APK is attached to the PR/repo state and can be downloaded immediately.Wrapper completeness
gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.jar(previously missing), which is required for./gradlewto run without relying on a system Gradle install.Ignore policy adjustments
