Executor selectors should be hidden whenever Local is the only configured executor, even when a removed remote remains selected. Restore inventory-based visibility across shared and model selectors while preserving targets and drafts, reconcile compact picker panes and Files breadcrumbs when the last remote disappears, and align regression coverage and executor contracts. Configured offline or disabled remotes still keep selection available.
