Thanks for the contribution! I verified this peer with the verifypeer handshake tool (#550), retried 3× with a 15s timeout:

The node isn't reachable from the public internet right now (the P2P port doesn't accept connections), so I'm closing this. Please reopen once the node is publicly dialable and I'll re-verify and merge.
