Provides the following functionality:

  * Filter format 'markdown'
    - Allows Anonymous and authenticated users
    - Provides the following filters:
      * Limits allowed HTML to:

        <dd> <img> <br>
      * Code filter
      * Markdown
      * Convert URL into links
      * Typogrify
    - Configures typogrify
