Closes #1094

"After a clip is finished" and "Only when space is needed" (#716) move from Configuration → Render Output to Configuration → Destinations. With "Only when space is needed" on they also delete finished takes before a capture, so they belong beside the folders takes are written to. #716 isn't released yet and its note doesn't name the tab, so this needs no note of its own.

UI only: the same controls and ids, moved in index.html; take_cleanup.js finds them by id. docs/features.md's Configuration table follows.

Test done

  • New Playwright check in app-boot.spec.js: the three controls are in #tab-drive-overrides and not in #tab-render-output (the real index.html).
  • take-cleanup.spec.js unchanged and passing; npm run test:unit 937 passed; full Playwright suite 414 passed (before the new check), app-boot.spec.js 5 passed after.
  • Not looked at in the running app (layout of the Destinations tab with the extra row).

"Only when space is needed" deletes finished takes before captures too,
so the setting sits beside the folders takes are written to.

Conflicts: index.html keeps dev's move of "After a clip is finished" to
Destinations (#1101), with Render while capturing left in Render Output;
the builder's allocation keeps #885's one-at-a-time fallback and uses
dev's no_room_message for both refusals (#1097).

allocate_blocks_one_at_a_time now walks drives and reads each one's
volume budget (#774), so with two capture folders on one disk it returns
folder indexes, not volume indexes.
