Why is this necessary?
If you drag/paste/upload a WebP into the text box it should upload and display just fine? |

Sad, still no WEBP previews in PR diffs on Github :( I had to trick the image upload by changing filenames to .png just for this description. (These are lossless, and much smaller than the original PNG screenshots)
