Currently Molecule provides WindowAnimationFrameClock for browser-based JS environments, but has no frame clock for Node.js runtimes. Running on Node.js fails because window is undefined.

This adds NodeJsFrameClock using setImmediate and high-resolution performance time for Node.js environments, along with unit tests.

Fixes #365
