feat: change ring to ship-show-ask

i put this on hold just to start the discussion. It was on assess before.
It is something that we explicitly do/want to do?
On my side i can say that on tribe brokers we always use PRs to do knowledge sharing and to discuss (like we are doing here for example)
Since we have protection on the main branch, we cannot ship directly to main.

I was about to propose instead to move Ship/Show/Ask to the "Adopt" ring 😄😄😄, since it's a practice me and the teams I've been on have been using in some cases to be more effective, and in my opinion is a tool that every team should have in its toolbox.

Again, I won't use a hammer just because I have it in my toolbox, and part of being a professional means knowing when to use a tool and when to use another, and to avoid the "when you have a hammer everything looks like a nail" effect.

So, saying that a blip is in "Adopt" to me does not mean that it will be mandatory to adopt it, but that teams are using this "blip" (after having assessed and tried it) and are now convinced that it is a tool that could be effective and should be known to everyone.

Also, Ship/Show/Ask is a triple tool! It includes three strategies in one tool.
