Adds Field Note 11 for the Nesbitt submission and makes temporary-repository tests ignore CodeGraph local-index artifacts, including its Unix socket.
Verification: python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -v (121 passed; 5 opt-in Lean integration tests skipped).
