Update the Capy formula to CLI 0.9.13, which includes the conflict-resolution product changes from capysc/capy-cli#396 omitted from the 0.9.12 package.
The npm release is live as
latest, and all five GitHub release binaries were built and uploaded successfully. The automatic Homebrew workflow failed because its action calls the removedHomebrew.safe_systemAPI; this prepares the formula update directly for review.Validation: Ruby syntax passes; SHA256 matches the public npm tarball; a fresh npm install reports 0.9.13 and exposes
--resolve/--conflicton edit, push, and deploy.
