0.9.11: batch deploy, copy PR links, plain Dokploy values - #395

- Ctrl+D in the secrets list (d in details) deploys the chosen variables to every Dokploy target that uses them; Enter confirms, targets are selectable, values show masked with r to reveal. - capy secrets deploy <names> with --row/--all-rows/--exclude/--confirm, --dry-run and --json for agents. - Variables in deploy.json with no value in Capy are left out and reported. - Deploy and edit result screens close on Esc only, so PR links can be copied. - CI-mode delivery records are built from the server keep.
- Batch deploy and batch edit result screens: c copies the PR links, one per line; the screen stays open until Esc. - Dokploy delivery writes a value bare when it is only plain characters (letters, digits, _ - . / : @ , + =) and quotes it only when needed ($, #, whitespace, quotes, backslash, newline, empty).
