Skip duplicate matrix run for LTS. This is anyway used during Sonar Analysis. Also run the analysis in parallel!

Posted one review comment about the analysis job running independently from the build job. Overall, the workflow simplification is small, but the CI dependency change should be addressed to avoid misleading green analysis results when tests fail.

🔧 Simplified the GitHub Actions CI workflow by removing a duplicate Node.js LTS build run and allowing Sonar Cloud analysis to run independently in parallel.
