This pull request replaces Mintlify’s Splice OpenAPI renderer with 121 generated MDX pages across 12 specifications. It preserves routes, downloads, playgrounds, and navigation; embeds release-derived History; applies the Figma palette; records two internal-spec exclusions; and makes regeneration discover every eligible release and publish the latest.
