Pull request overview

Updates Starbase documentation wording to use the US spelling “summarize” instead of “summarise”, aligning with the terminology referenced from downstream usage (Snapcraft discussion) and keeping release-notes wording consistent.

Changes:

  • Replace “summarise” with “summarize” in the release notes index meta description.
  • Replace “summarise” with “summarize” in the release notes index introductory paragraph.
