Pin every third-party action to its full commit SHA (with the tag preserved as a trailing comment for readability). This removes the need for the ref-pin policy overrides in .github/zizmor.yaml, so the config file is dropped and zizmor now runs with defaults. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
