What this PR does / why we need it:
Renames the operationId
retrieveQoSProfilestoretrieveQosProfilesincode/API_definitions/qos-profiles.yaml. It was the only operationId in this repository spelling the tokenQoS; the other schema names and responses useQos. Also updates the three backticked references ininfo.description, and renames the test definitions file (qos-profiles-retrieveQosProfiles.feature, with its feature title, background, scenario tags and step names).operationIdis not part of the HTTP contract; the rename was agreed as non-breaking on the 2026-08-07 CQM call.
