Removes the two v0-era caller workflows (
pr_validation_caller.yml,spectral-oas-caller.yml), both pinned tocamaraproject/tooling@v0and disabled since CAMARA Validation (camara-validation.yml,v1-rc) took over validation for this repository.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
