Summary

• Shrink Accounts cards into a denser identity row: one status chip, a compact 12-segment runtime meter, and a quota fill that animates remaining credits
• Restore page skeletons on header refresh for Overview, Accounts, Models, and Access; keep account create/login/rewarm/delete refreshes silent so cards do not disappear
• Show a list skeleton on Logs while filters, pagination, tab switches, or refresh are loading, without replacing the filter bar; runtime live polling stays silent

• No tokens, auth blobs, raw captures, or host details in the diff

• Manual: header refresh shows the page skeleton; account toggle/rewarm does not
• Manual: Logs filter/search/pagination/tab/refresh replace only the list with a skeleton
