Summary

• Parse live Trae Max / reasoning and WorkBuddy reasoning options from the catalog, persist console defaults in migration 009, and send them on chat.
• Show those controls on the Models page with compact HeroUI Select / Switch. Qoder context editing is unchanged.
• Leave shipped SQLite migrations 007 and 008 untouched. Merging this PR does not publish a release; the patch workflow stays workflow_dispatch on main.

Test plan

• go test ./internal/accounts ./internal/providers/... ./internal/api
• cd frontend && npm run lint && npm run build && npm run sync
• After merge, on a Trae account: Models shows Max and reasoning for models that support them; toggling Max / changing effort persists and is sent on the next chat (is_max_mode, reasoning_effort_level).
• On a WorkBuddy account: Models shows per-model reasoning; an empty allowlist still schedules all accounts; chat sends reasoning.effort (and max as xhigh).
