feat: Trae Max-context switch, per-model reasoning, and Logs date-range size

Summary

• Keep the Qoder integer context editor on Models unchanged.
• Parse Trae catalog windows / Max mode / per-model reasoning levels, store Trae Max in a separate table, and map OpenAI thinking fields onto allowed Trae values instead of leaking Qoder context_length.
• Size the Logs custom date-range field so start/end datetimes fit, and keep the calendar popover at calendar width.

Test plan

• go test ./internal/providers/trae ./internal/accounts ./internal/api
• cd frontend && npm run sync
• Refresh Models: Qoder still has the integer box; Trae rows show catalog window + Max switch + details
• Refresh Logs: custom range trigger fits datetime; calendar popover is not stretched to the trigger width
