feat: classify Trae Solo quota and surface providers in console - #24

Stop polling before exchanging the pasted URL, treat an already-ready account as success, and return 400 JSON so Cloudflare does not replace login failures with a 502 HTML page.
In-process Upsert was wiping the display-only quota snapshot, so Trae credits never stayed on the account card. Preserve quota and health, and parse entitlement packs from nested JSON envelopes.
Keep Trae callback errors as JSON, preserve Trae quota after refresh, map 1005/4008 as quota, fail stream errors before OpenAI chunks, and send native catalog model names. Logs, Overview, and Accounts now show provider family, and Overview traffic is a GSAP area/line chart.
