feat: use HeroUI pickers in console filters and account edit - #22

Logs custom time uses DateRangePicker, model filter keys off account provider, and account edit opens a wider Form with NumberField and Alert.
Keep the Update now button pending, count down on the label, and reload the console when the host replacement is likely to have finished.
Keep Trae pasted-callback login and resync the hashed console assets.
