Send official top-level reasoning fields for deepseek-v4.1-flash only, and surface catalog 300k/1M context budgets on the model list without changing chat payloads for other models.
Keep the lifecycle test from racing past context.Canceled into a missing [DONE] when the handler returns immediately after cancel.
