feat: add request stats and traffic charts to Overview - #10

Show volume, success rate, latency, and tokens from SQLite request history, with 1h/24h/7d windows and GSAP-scoped console motion.
CI failed because RequestStore lacked SummarizeRequestLogs and intPtr collided with the accounts test helper. Align 15-minute series buckets to the truncated timestamp prefix.
Keep Overview request stats while adopting compact account cards, refresh skeletons, and the latest embedded console assets.
