cbackup installing issue

When I am trying to install cbackup rpm package getting below error:-

Hi, you can download the archive from git and import to your server via ssh using the following command lines on Windows CMD

scp C:\Users\Public\cbackup-1.1.2.tar user@your-server-ip:/etc/cbackup
