Summary

add a Doxygen-only Markdown filter for code-formatted headings, GitHub admonitions, and horizontal rules following blockquotes
prevent literal </blockquote>, <tt>, and [!NOTE] artifacts in generated documentation while preserving the source Markdown for GitHub readers
fix the Korean transport-layer emphasis that Doxygen rendered as literal asterisks

Validation

Markdown filter assertions covering headings, fenced code, admonitions, and horizontal rules
doxygen Doxyfile with Doxygen 1.9.8
scanned all generated HTML for the targeted raw-tag and admonition artifacts
