⬆️ Upgrades bugsnag SDK to v3

Goal

To use the v3 of the Bugsnag PHP SDK.

Design

I have just replaced the necessary functions and tried to keep as much as possible from the old implementation.

Changeset

Upgraded the Bugsnag PHP SDK to v3, and implemented the new client and meta data reporting.

Testing

I have tested it on a test environment against a test project in bugsnag.

This is a breaking change so the plugin to be updated to version 2.0.0

With php 8.3 support coming to an end next week, and 8.4 throwing deprecation warnings it might be a good idea to get this merged

As mentioned on the related thread, we are planning to pick this up in the new year.

Please let us know if you notice any issues with bugsnag-wordpress after the PHP 8.3 deprecation, but as security support is being maintained until 2027, we do not anticipate any issues while we investigate this.

@mclack There should be no issues with PHP 8.3 as WordPress itself only recommends up to PHP 8.3.

However the SDK upgrade would give some benefits to use more of the features from bugsnag.

Any ETA on when this will be something you will look in to?

We're working on updating the WordPress notifier to use the v3 version of the PHP notifier. You can see the progress in this PR.
