Install 9 Dart-focused skills (dart-best-practices, dart-test-fundamentals, dart-modern-features, dart-package-maintenance, dart-matcher-best-practices, dart-cli-app-best-practices, dart-doc-validation, test-driven-development, add-dart-lint-validation-rule) from the flutter/skills repository. Skills are stored in .agents/skills/ with symlinks in .claude/skills/. Update .gitignore to track .claude/skills/ while keeping other .claude files ignored.
