Remove redundant schema instructions doc

This removes the unreferenced schemas_instructions.md file because its content is already covered by llms.txt. It also updates stale 1.0.0-beta.9 references in llms.txt to 1.0.0-beta.10. Verification run in this workspace: melos run analyze --no-select and melos run test:dart --no-select.
