Update signed Python to 3.14.10-r1 for certificate distrust protection and rebuild its native socket extension to reject null bytes in hostnames and service ports. Preserve the HTTP framing fixes, descriptor-bound cleanup guard and normal address handling, with complete matching source and license records.
Replace the older Python scanner entries with exact verified-fixed POP3 (Medium) and HTTP framing (Low) scopes for 3.14.10-r1. Retire the resolved cleanup entry and preserve the November 11 deadline and existing musl scope. Original findings remain visible.
Validation: complete native amd64 and arm64 qualification passed, including functional/security/runtime, installation/recovery, signed provenance and complete source-archive member and license verification. Both raw Grype reports contain exactly the two reviewed Python findings without ignored matches; Scout contains the one exact musl finding. All PR checks and CodeQL passed. Locally, 2,074 Python tests passed with 12 platform skips, and all 323 JavaScript tests passed.
