docs(skills): expand semantic row filter aliases

Improves agent discovery for the existing semantic-row-filter Custom Reflex without changing its semantics.

Adds natural-language aliases:

• semantic grep
• semantic predicate
• semantic WHERE
• natural language filter

Existing aliases such as semantic SQL, semantic filter and natural language SQL filter remain.

This makes requests such as “filter these rows semantically”, “semantic grep”, or “use a semantic WHERE predicate” resolve to the existing bounded per-row Reflex instead of encouraging a duplicate contract.

• registry validation: 49 Custom Reflex examples
• 27 tests passing
