- replace BraintrustLogger with slf4j. This is standard in java libraries and will play nice with the SDK user's logs
- remove dead code and unused dependencies
- update dependencies
This is an intermediate step to full slf4j logging
This is standard java logging practice. The underlying logger of braintrust was slf4j anyways, so this simplifies things
