Similar to what already exists on web, an error will be displayed if a file exceeding the limit is selected from the /new/ticket portal page. TT48681
The steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to /new/ticket 2. Set the web to other lang than English 3. Upload a file with higher size than 128 Mb The tex will not be translated With this changes the module is marked as translatable on frontend and it will be considered when searching for translations.

When creating a new ticket from the portal, the “Submit ticket” button remains active while the request is being processed. This allows the user to click several times during the upload, causing creating duplicated tickets. To avoid this behavior, the submit button is automatically disabled as soon as the request is launched until the process is complete.
