Mission

This PR tightens cockpit rhythm across telemetry, Today rollup, history selection, and recovery panels. It standardizes chip density, improves mobile telemetry fit at 320px, separates history selection from readiness colors, and brings import preview facts onto shared inset chrome.

Changes

  1. Added shared chip rhythm tokens and utilities for consistent compact density.
  2. Normalized telemetry chip spacing, register wrapping, and narrow mobile value sizing.
  3. Aligned domain radio chip padding and removed one-off selected shadow treatment.
  4. Refined history selection contrast using selection tokens instead of readiness colors.
  5. Tightened Today rollup count plate and meter framing with clipped chip geometry.
  6. Moved import preview fact cards to shared NotchedFrame inset chrome.
  7. Updated design token documentation for chip rhythm, preview facts, and mobile selection parity.

Added new design token guidelines for chips and selection tokens.
