Mission
Refines the OpsNormal cockpit surface system for stronger hierarchy, depth, and scan speed.
Improves the Daily Check-In rollup, domain cards, telemetry horizon, status legend, desktop history grid, and mobile history controls without changing the local-only operating model.
Fixes mobile history initial alignment so the active week display and visible week card stay synchronized.
Preserves accessibility, reduced-motion behavior, forced-colors coverage, and the existing trust boundary.
