Mission
Elevates the OpsNormal cockpit visual system with a focused finish pass across composition, hero chrome, telemetry, daily check-in surfaces, history scan quality, export accordions, mobile pagination, and footer Provenance layout.
This PR defines previously dead visual classes, increases section breathing room, improves large-screen hero scale, restores telemetry register labels on mobile, adds a CSS-only accordion chevron, increases history cell readability, and tightens footer Provenance behavior without touching storage, sync, service worker logic, data models, or accessibility semantics.
