Summary
Dependency and rollout order
Depends on boybook/tx-5dr#95. Do not merge this PR until the Host PR is merged and its main-branch Electron, Linux Server, Docker, and Android Runtime workflows succeed. Older Hosts reject catalog v2 rather than installing it, but deploying the Host first preserves Marketplace availability during the transition.
Local README changes are intentionally excluded from this PR.
