FUSOR-1 is not a product. It does not run by itself. It is the reusable core for minds that don't take turns: a self-clocking resident inference loop (decode-on-delta, boundary-gated emit), a two-plane fabric (ephemeral reflex plane + append-only hash-chained tape, fenced at the seam), the surprise tap, deadline-law scheduling, replay and goldens, lanes, rooms, and succession. Extracted from working builds, not invented. What ships here deliberately excludes dispositions, mandates, connectors, surfaces, and verticals — those are fuel, and fuel is per-fit.
The name is the register. A Farnsworth fusor is the workbench device that produces real fusion — real neutrons, famously never net power. It is how you prove the reaction is real on a desk before anyone builds a plant. FUSOR-1 runs on one consumer GPU. Demonstrator, not power station.
